Companies with the largest number of properties are required to submit a tax return by April 1. New rules were introduced by the Finance Act of 2023, especially the revision of the coefficient. The tax return must be accompanied by a list of the names of all persons who own stocks or shares. This provision will enable the tax authorities to identify individuals in case of transfer of shares.
